One of my nephews asked me if I could take him to the mall sometimes, he wants to buy something. So we went to the mall a day after. Well, he actually wants to buy toys just like other kids. I know how happy it is for a boy to have lots of new toys. I bought him two action figures of his favorite cartoon characters, one basketball and one educational toy. Well, he was very happy as expected. After he got home, I got a call from his daddy, and he thank me for that.

One of my friends is planning to have something like a custom guitar shop. He already got a shop but only doing repairs. He put his basement into renovation, because he is planning to make it a storage room. He already got the materials and equipments that he will be using. The last time I’m there, they were installing a basement dehumidifier. He told me that it is needed to keep the woods dry. These are also used in homes to lower the humidity. Anyway, it is only a small shop, but got a lot of potential.

I went to my uncle last time to ask him to repair my chair. It is my favorite chair actually which my grandfather gave me. It became my chair on my study table when I was in college, now I am using it if I am doing something important at home. Anyway, my uncle started fixing it quickly. He told me that it only needs few nails, glue and some good clamps to hold it all together. Before lunch it was finished, and we had some extra time to have coffee.

During my free time, I am looking through different magazines simply to get aware of what’s new out there. Last time I’ve read a magazine about home beautification. It was actually a guide on how you can make your house look nicer just by adding some of the modern products. There were these pictures of different nice living rooms. I like the way they arranged and matched those contemporary sofas, tables, cabinets, etc. The author said that it will only take a good research and a creative mind to get that beauty.

It is a thing in me that I always get comfortable whenever a place have a good ambiance. Like for example in our office, my boss has this good office furniture that creates something like a nice natural vibe in his office. Someone told me that it is designed by a good interior designer, actually a good friend of our boss. I am thinking of asking the help of some professionals about that, so that when I decided to do some make over at home it will be just like as I wanted.

My friend called me up last time and he is asking me if he could borrow my pickup truck. His father gave him three dogs and he is wondering how he will carry them to their house. I saw the dogs last time and they are so lovable, they are big dogs actually. It is nice to have dogs at home, they are big help most of the time. Treating them as friends makes them comfortable staying with you, like giving them good foods, nice pet beds, good training, etc. I am wondering if I could ask his father to give me some dogs too.
