My wife and I went to the mall last Sunday to buy something. We saw this fitness exhibit on the center of the mall, we took a look at them. Well they’ve got a lot of fitness related stuffs, like the weights, bikes, treadmills, ropes, twist bar and so much more. I was impressed on how they demonstrated on how to use those things, they were good actually. I thought that it was the first time they’ve conducted such exhibit, but one of them told me that it was their third time there. He also told me that there will be a next one and he invited me to come and watch them because they will be discussing another set of equipments.

Last week our secretary took a leave, so it was a big day for most of us. A day before that she said that she needs to take a day of rest for a migraine relief. Her job is one of important in the office. She is doing all the transmittal of all documents, the scheduling and other things like that. We got so busy doing our own schedule, our own transmittal reports, etc. Well it was also a relief for us that she came back a day after.

My wife and I was looking to our collection of photos, actually most of these pictures are not ours. Well it is a collection of different beautiful places and we went some of those back then. Most of our travel was back then before we got married, every travel was an exciting one. We also got different pictures of great places that we loved to look in, maybe somewhere in the future we will get our chance to visit them. There are lots actually, sometimes we are wondering of having a short vacation to Paris, get one of those european river cruises and many more. Just imagining those places we are already excited, of course there will be another photos added to our collection.

At the office I usually having lunch with my friend, well last time he was on leave the whole week. One of my office mates told me that he will join me, he is a nice person and fun to be with. He just got hired a month now and this is the only time I had a long conversation with him. We talked a lot of things, he even told me that his mother is always asking him to eat less because of his cholesterol level, and also to consult a specialist for his cholesterol treatment. I told him then that he should do what his mother told him, because this cholesterol thing is a serious matter. Well our mother is there to give whatever is best for us and we should always listen to them. We also had some other conversation, it was fun. And I am thinking of asking him to join me every lunch time, of course with my friend.

One of my friends called me last time and he asked me if I could help him about his rv. He bought it last year and wanted it to be replaced with a new one. His rv can accommodate just few people and he is thinking of getting a bigger one. I told him to also ask our other friends, some of them might want to have an rv. Or he can try asking good rvt, or maybe his office mates and boss. His rv is still new and beautiful, no wonder that it can be easily taken by rv lovers.

During my time when I was in college, I had a classmate who most guys find her very attractive. Well she is one of the popular girls around the campus because she does everything with herself almost perfectly. Like the way she combine dresses with her little make-ups, shoes, etc., and she also got a good body figure. Well she ate a lot during meal time and it’s pretty amazing that she didn’t get fat. I am thinking that maybe she is doing good workouts and taking the most effective diet pill to burn the excess fats. Anyway, I saw her last time at the mall and she is still beautiful even though she is a mom now.

My friend called me up last time and he is asking me if he could borrow my pickup truck. His father gave him three dogs and he is wondering how he will carry them to their house. I saw the dogs last time and they are so lovable, they are big dogs actually. It is nice to have dogs at home, they are big help most of the time. Treating them as friends makes them comfortable staying with you, like giving them good foods, nice pet beds, good training, etc. I am wondering if I could ask his father to give me some dogs too.

Last week we had this party on one of our office-mate’s place. He also invited some of her friends and I find them very gorgeous. My office mate told us that they are health conscious people and they are doing some stuff that made them in that slimmed body. I approached one of them and we had this small talk about anything. She also told me that they are just doing some simple things like having a regular exercise and taking some diet pills that work. It is pretty amazing that all of them have this sculpted body that made them look even more beautiful. Well they were nice people and I am very thankful that I met more friends.

I remember one Sunday when I went to the office to see the progress of my work, of course it was an over time job. It was not a busy day just a couple of hours work and I spent the rest of the day having a talk with the medical guys at the clinic. They were doing some inventory of their equipments and supplies. Later in the afternoon I decided to go home but they told me that they will give me a ride home because we have the same route. They were going to the other clinic to get the medical equipment needed at our office. It was a perfect timing because I didn’t bring my car.
